Longtime Emerica endorsed skater Andrew Reynolds has recently released his latest signature
Just recently we have seen skater artist Ed Templeton’s collabo project with Toy Machine, on the Emerica signature Transist Mids. Hong Kong streetwear giant fingercroxx has brought them together once again to create a two pairs of Transist Lows (shown), a t-shirt, and a trucker hat, as a part of the fingercroxx artist series.
Ed Templeton specially designed a graphic for this project; the tribal looking design incorporates elements from his signature Transistor character, the fingercroxx croxx, and the Emerica logo all together. All 3 items will be released in 2 colorways; either red or fingercroxx’s signature green. Available at select Double Park locations in Hong Kong.
2008 is going to be a big year for Proskater Jerry Hsu. Other than being nominated to win Transworld’s Skate of the Year award he will also be appearing in this year’s 2008 X-Games. But before all that will happen, Jerry will be crowned with his own Pro Model shoe from skate brand Emerica. To celebrate the debut of Jerry’s shoe, Emerica held a party this past Saturday and invited Jerry along with Emerica team riders including Heath Kirchart, Kevin “Spanky” Long and Braydon Szafranski. The “Hsu” is now available at skate shops worldwide.
For skate and artist Ed Templeton, he always cherished his role as a pro skater and actively took stances against various social issues. His skate label Toy Machine became the haven for various pieces of his art to be displayed. Toy Machine’s signature character Transistor Sect has been running rampant since the brand’s inception back in ‘93, now making its way on a new collabo signature pro model with Emerica. Originally conceived as a low top, the creation of a mid was necessary for Templeton’s latest assassination scene. Look for these to hit select Emerica dealers on February 1st.
