As a tribute to the unexpected aesthetic value associated with the assault rifle, author Martin von Postler created a life-size 1:1 paper AK-47 model. Always at the forefront of innovative branding and advertisements, this latest commercial has left off where it started with the inaugural Bravia advertisment which featured 250,000 bouncy balls flying through the streets of San Francisco. What happens when some of the most talented artists and graphic designers in the world work with the Parisian store Colette? The result is a collection of vinyls called Curated by Colette. Ten artists and graphic designers including André, So-Me, Work in Progress, +41, Grey Foley and Fabien Baron, KAWS, Jeremy Scott, and Nagi Noda have each designed their own rendition of a special vinyl which will be sold exclusively at the Colette store in France. Only 500 copies of each are produced and they are now available at Colette and Sold Out.
