In two separate partnerships, Roen produced a mesh cap with Spalding and a t-shirt with MTV. The overused skull motif is at the backdrop of each design which leads us to wonder, how many Japanese brands can lay claim to the skull and bones as their logo. The t-shirt with MTV features a highly detailed print complete with tassels, studs, sequins and metal hoops.

With the vast number of fitted caps coming out of the New Era camp, one has to wonder where they come up with what seems like an endless array of ideas. Here’s a small preview of some upcoming designs set to hit general retailers next month including Photosynthesis, Asian Sky and Word City.
Estate Los Angeles is set to release four limited colorways of their popular LA bones series of hats. These fitted caps will be available exclusively at the grand opening of Holy Grail Goods, Los Angeles’s newest premier consignment sneaker and fitted shop in Downtown LA. 12 pieces of each color were produced. The shop opens Saturday, March 1st and is located near Staples Center and LA Live.
Known for their headwear, Brixton has put together another strong collection of hats for their 2008 Spring collection. In a swarm of fitted caps, their collection of classic styles have been a well needed insurgence of options. Styles seen here include the straw Castor, the felt Stout and twill Rogue. The collection is currently available at Brixton dealers.
Here are some new pictures of the 24 Kilates x New Balance x New Era “Modernist Pack” which is inspired by the architecture in Barcelona. Colored tiling is one of Antoni Gaudi’s signature designs where he has used this theme in many of his popular tourist destinations. 24 Kilates, the boutique in Barcelona, has taken this inspiration and applied in onto a New Balance sneaker as well as a New Era cap forming the “Modernist Pack”. HUF has had quite a following especially when it comes to their fitted caps. The latest from HUF are these New Era Fitted Caps which uses a plaid fabric and features the “H” logo on the front. These will be available today at the HUF Sutter store in San Francisco

The Hundreds are dropping two colorways of their all-over Tar 59FIFTY New Era cap tomorrow. The cap includes embroidery all throughout the cap in black/black and black/white colors. Releasing at The Hundreds Rosewood store on February 21st, a small allocation will be available online through The Hundreds website next week as well.

A mainstay on the football terraces around the world, football scarves have always been an economical way of showing your team love. Known for their fitted caps, Official has created their own black and yellow scarf. Highlights include the AK-47 crest and the “Murderers” motif, referencing Official’s desire to destroy the current model of sportswear. Four other scarves are set to release.
With comic characters enjoying a renaissance in recent memory, New Era has put together an upcoming pack of caps themed after the big bad green monster the Hulk. The pack includes four different styles with much imagery which has become synonymous wtih the Hulk. The New Era 59FIFTY Hulk pack will release in May, right before the upcoming movie which hits box offices June 13th, 2008.
As part of a series of movie and comic book related releases, New Era initiated an Iron Man pack of caps set to release in association with the upcoming full length Iron Man movie. The pack includes some highly detailed offerings. The caps will release in April, while the movie is set to debut May 2nd, 2008.
