At Berlin Fashion Week, the nostalgia-fueled German label staged a glorious indie sleaze revival inside the city’s greatest club, Berghain.
The Berlin label, known for its punchy Berghain bangers, took a more serious approach this season, guided by Norwegian modernist poet Gunvor Hofmo’s ‘From Another Reality.’
The Berlin designer was simultaneously inspired by Heinrich Hoffmann’s popular children’s book, ‘Struwwelpeter,’ and the Doomsday Clock, or the metaphorical countdown to humanity’s destruction.
