Cara Delevingne is an English model, actress and singer.
Born in London into an affluent English family, many of Delevingne’s relatives are high executives, politicians or barons. Her sister Poppy Delevingne is another renowned model. Delevingne’s modeling career began in 2009 when she signed with Storm Model Management, landing a spot to walk in Burberry’s 2012 fashion shows. She then became the face of Burberry in 2011 Spring/Summer campaign, shot by famed photographer Mario Testino. She experienced a meteoric rise in the fashion world, being booked to walk at many of the biggest fashion shows.
Since 2009, Delevingne has walked shows for Oscar de la Renta, Chanel, Fendi, Dolce & Gabbana, among others. She has also appeared in campaigns for H&M, Blumarine, D&G, Tom Ford, Yves Saint Laurent, Chanel, and Zara.
Taking up a small role in 2012 film Anna Karenina, Delevingne thus branched out into acting, and has since landed roles in The Face of an Angel, Pan, and Paper Towns. Delevingne is also involved in music, having sung alongside Pharrell Williams and Will Heard.
