Supra’s latest sneaker to release has been dubbed the “Suprano†and is team member Jim Greco’s signature shoe. Like the other Supra footwear models that have dropped lately, the sneaker features a vulcanized sole, extra padding on the tongue, and durable suede that won’t shred easily. The sneaker, which is an obvious play off “The Sopranos,†has launched in ‘Cali and will find its way on activemailorder.com in the next few days.

Japanese label, XESCAPE has recently released a preview and pre-order of their upcoming late summer and fall 2007 collection at Zozotown. The collection features a variety of items you’d expect from a fall collection as garments make the transition in seasons from the warmth of summer to the gradual cooling of fall. Expect to see staples such as down vests, knitted sweaters, and heavier jackets on the agenda. Rounding out the collection is a pair of vintage styled hiking boots.
Globe recently released an extensive clip documenting the Money for Blood event put on by footwear maker’s Globe and the skate magazine, Thrasher. The video contains some of the world’s best skaters over 3 day’s worth of skating at three events titled the Pizzey, the Mini, and the Varsity. The video can be viewed here.
Bape is set to open yet another Asia region store outside of Japan later this week with the grand opening of a Bape Store in the Taiwanese capital of Taipei. Expect a frantic opening this Saturday, May 19th at 11 am.

Maiden Noir recently dropped an extremely detailed New Era cap. The front of the hat features an anchor with crossed swords with an emblem to the left and a Jolly Roger flag to the right. The final drop of Staple Design has just been revealed. The best has been saved for last according to Jeff Staple. The upcoming releases include John Jay of design firm W+K with the Flesh/Shelf anagram, jack of all trades Bobbito Garcia reissuing the classic Major League Footwork (MLF) tee, of Colette using the Colette/To Elect anagram, Raoul Shah founder of Exposure, Hiroshi Fujiwara using the anagram of Night/Thing and of course Jeff Staple himself with Hour Glass/Rush Goals.

Here’s a look at slated upcoming models slated to release late 2007 and early 2008. With the release date so far away no concrete info is available. There seems to be a trend towards brighter colorways from the New Balance camp which may enable them to expand their horizons and demographic. Stay tuned for more details regarding these releases.
