To celebrate the Irish holiday, Reebok has created this St. Patrick’s Day pack which consist of two sneakers, the ERS5000 and the Freestyle Hi. While the St. Patrick’s Day ERS5000 runner has a crazier horseshoe and brass knuckle pattern, the Freestyle Hi is more subtle yet eye-catching with its all green colorway. The ERS5000 will retail for $80 USD whil the Freestyle Hi will retail for $70.
The ZX800 was first introduced in 1986 and at that time was one of the more technologically advanced sneakers. This season, Adidas has updated the original ZX800 with this ZX800 Snakeskin which features a green colorway and soft suede overlays. After their collaboration with Sanrio’s Hello Kitty character, he Japanese streetwear label, Atmos, will be teaming up with Disney to release some t-shirts. There will be a total of 15 t-shirts in this series with the first two shirts featuring Mickey and Minnie mouse. There will also be other accessories like caps so stay tuned for more info on this collection. As for now, the first Mickey and Minnie tees are available now at Atmos.
One of the new Stussy stores to open this year is the flagship store in Las Vegas which recently had its opening party on March 7th. A large crowd of both industry and non-industry folks showed up to have some drinks and listen to Just Blaze spin. The world’s largest touring sneaker show, Sneaker Pimps will be traveling south of the border next week, with a stop at the Vive Cuervo Salon in Mexico City on March 13th. The event boasts live music performances by the Wallabee Champ Ghostface Killah, Dr Octagon (aka Kool Keith) and DJ Muggs. On March 13th, the Japanese brand, WTAPS, will launch their new website. Traditionally, top tier street brands have been reluctant or slow to launch their presence online but slowly that seems to be changing.

To celebrate the March 8th opening of the Stussy Las Vegas Chapter, fellow LV retailers Undefeated and Fruition teamed up with Stussy to create a commemorative t-shirt. The shirt features an array of colorful ribbons emblazoned with slogans and logos from each of the brands. The shirt makes a nod to the parallels between the trifecta of winning retailers, and the Triple Crown honor awarded for sports excellence. There will also be 50 pieces in a special surprise colorway available only at Fruition.
