A new shipment of Futura Laboratories have released which a strong emphasis on hoodies and jackets. The Brooklyn hoodie and Sport Art jacket are complimented by a hoodie collaboration with Dickies. Like Carhartt, Dickies transcended its workwear label to become a wardrobe staple.
The relatively new label of Kinetics has been on a collaboration tear as of late with brands such as Eastpak/Batman, Columbia and now most recently Quiksilver. The collection features a technical reversible jacket in addition to a t-shirt. The black mountain jacket can be reversed to reveal a blue plaid pattern. Available now through Chapterworld.
Powerhouse Hong Kong label Subcrew and Shanghai store ACU have teamed up on another cap. Just recently saw the release of a previous collaboration. This cap features a Rasta inspired colorway with hemp detailing on the back panel. The ¥480 CNY (approximately $67 USD) will drop February 16th at ACU and Unity in Taiwan.

Japanese label Devilock has mainted a storied history since its inception over 10 years ago. Their diverse portfolio includes an ongoing show and a handful of high profile collaborations. Their 2008 Spring collection seen here includes jackets and hoodies with a certain clean cut aesthetic. Available now at Devilock.
Part of “The Running Man” pack is this Air Max 90 from Nike. Designed by Misha from the label P.A.M., this Air Max 90 features a green and yellow colorway. It also has a nice speckled sole as well as a fun little graphic at the back of the shoe. It feels like Nike is finally come back with releases that people might actually want. This quickstrike release will be released at Nort in Berlin tomorrow.
Nike has recently released the “Medal” pack to celebrate the upcoming 2008 Olympics in Beijing which just around the corner. The pack includes four models including the Nike Air Stab, Nike Air Max 95, Nike Court Force and Nike Vandal all featuring metallic gold, silver, bronze or bronze colorways. The Air Max 95 stands out from the pack as it beautifully merges all several metallic colors together on one shoe.

Adidas recently teamed up with New York Jeweler, Gabriel Urist, to create a new sneaker – the Adidas TS Pro Model. We have previously talked about this sneaker several times but here’s some news about the accessories that will in conjunction with the shoes. Three metal necklaces of the Adidas TS Pro Model were crafted by Gabriel Urist. They come in three types of metals including vermeil, black rhodium and sterling silver. These will be pretty limited and will be only available at the NBA store in New Orleans during All-Star Weekend for $385.
Surrender, which is owned by Earn Chen & James Lavelle, carries some of the best street brands in the world including their own store brand also called Surrender. It looks like there will be two sizes for this Bearbrick including a 1000% one and a 400% one. Rumor has it that when the weather gets hot, the Bearbrick will reveal that its wearing a bikini. We’re not sure how that works but it will be interesting to see when they release this Bearbrick.

According to Sneakernews.com, Nike will be using original colors from the Air Max models and applying them on the Nike Court Force model. The outcome is what we see here. These Court Force Hi’s utilizes the OG Air Max 95 colorway and the results are spectacular. The colors work well with the Court Force making the sneakers pretty damn hot. We can’t wait to see more sneakers from this series so stay tuned for more info!

HBO recently invited the street label, Staple, to design and produce some limited edition hooded sweatshirts for the 5th and final season of the hit TV series The Wire. Staple invited five different artist to design five graphics each representing one season. The sweatshirts are limited to 20 pieces and were given out to the crew of The Wire and auctioned off to charity.
