If you read this site regularly, then you must have heard Hiroshi Fujiwara. His influence is global. Your Nike shoes that you’re wearing might be inspired by his ideas or designs. Hiroshi Fujiwara is the king of godfather of street culture. Now, Hiroshi will have his own vinyl figure which is designed by Jukai and produced by adFunture. This figure will be quite limited but no information has been released on the release date nor availability.

Here’s a look at the new exclusive Neighborhood Blitzkrieg tee for Honeyee.com. There are two tees available each with a different graphic on the front. On the back, both tees have the “Craft with Pride” design. These limited edition tees will only be available via the Honeyee store.
Japanese fashion label Soph. has collaborated with Stussy on two pairs of Binchotan glasses. The glasses comes in two version and feature a thick plastic frame. The glasses have already been released and are available at Soph. Tokyo and Stussy Harajuku Chapter.
Here is another new fitted from the Estate Los Angeles family. This time Estate teamed up with premiere snowboard and skate camp Windells. This Estate fitted cap is constructed of heavy denim panels, with “HOOD†in 3D embroidery referencing Windells’ location at Mt. Hood, Oregon. The Windells name appears in a repeating blue and white stitched pattern on the rear and side panels. The Estate LA x Windells cap is available exclusively at the camp, and 50 pieces will be offered as give-aways for Burton’s 4th annual Abominable Snowjam which begins July 10th.

For Summer 2007, Chicago-based artist Chuck Anderson (a/k/a NoPattern,) produced his first series of in-house t-shirts. The designs are printed on AAA shirts and screened with NoPattern tags. Chuck Anderson has also released a new limited edition 18×24 matte print entitled Chances of Ghosts. The t-shirts and prints are now available direct from NoPattern’s NP&CO online store.
For their first outside collaboration, Nike 6.0 enlisted All American Rejects front man, and co-founder of T. Bourne clothing, Tyson Ritter, to design a Mavrk Mid. The shoe features a black and baby blue colorway detailed with electric green, hot pink and sparkly laces. Ritter describes the shoes as “new wave,†“trashyâ€Â, and “candy pop.â€Â
These Nike 6.0 Mavrk Mids are limited to 1000 pairs worldwide, but if you register on Nike6.com, you’ll be entered in the running for a free pair. The contest is a one-day only deal, with the winner being chosen tonight (Sunday, July 8th.)
Today we have another look at some shoes from the upcoming Vans and Simpsons project, this time by the Emmy award-winning “father of punk comics,†Gary Panter, and LA-based graphic artist and director, Geoff McFetridge. McFetridge chose the Chukka boot as his backdrop for an interesting flower-patterned piece, whereas Panter went with the iconic Era in depicting a Mr. Burns vs. Homer Simpson scenario. Today (7/7/07) Active is releasing their “Drop Sneakers Not Bombs” collection. To celebrate the occasion they hooked up with Estate LA to produce a series of matching caps for five of Active’s DSNB collaboration shoes. Only 24 pieces per style of these Estate LA fitted caps were made, and they are available now exclusively at the following Active locations: Valencia, Burbank, Santa Monica, and Long Beach. Today also marks the grand opening of Active’s 20th retail location in Southern California; Long Beach. The DSNB sneaker premiere begins at 8pm. A run of limited Obey shirts, hats and posters designed by Shepard Fairey will be available as well.

Today (7.7.07) marks the release of MAJOR’s latest New Era 59Fifty fitteds. The hats are available in 4 colorways and feature a rich and detailed elephant flocking print reminiscent of prints on original Air Jordan 3s. MAJOR also wanted to create something unique for their customers to rock, so they had New Era embroider under the visor in bold text, which is exclusive to MAJOR. Finally, MAJOR had been waiting for the right moment to unveil their alternate logo. The stylized M logo represents the athletic side of MAJOR: Team MAJOR. This release also features new rear embroidery: both the Trinity Logo (3 Bars & 3 Stars) and the MAJOR wordmark. You can have a closer look after the jump.
Here we have another sneak peek at some upcoming The Simpsons Movie x Vans collaboration shoes designed Futura and Todd James. Futura chose the Sk8 Mid as his canvas to illustrate Apu Nahasapeemapetilo, while Todd James went with the always classic Sk8 Hi in sketching out Bart Simpson.
As we mentioned previously, The Simpsons x Vans collection is set to release on July 14th, and includes just 100 pairs for each of 14 different shoes (a total of 1,400 pairs in the series.) The shoes will be available only at Conveyor at Fred Segal (Santa Monica), Supreme (LA), Dave’s Quality Meat (NY), UNDEFEATED (LV), Kicks/HI (Honolulu), Blends (San Diego), Proper (Long Beach), Bodega (Boston), HUF (SF), and St. Alfred (Chicago).
