Tremaine Emory and Acyde of No Vacancy Inn continued hosting parties and events for a pool of influential creatives this year, working alongside the likes of Prada and Ray-Ban for sponsored events. The co-founders also contributed to the relaunched The Face’s creative side.

Making appearances in The New York Times and on HYPEBEAST’s Business of Hype radio show alike, Emory was particularly busy this year; he issued a collaboration with Online Ceramics, launched the occasional charitable giveaway and delivered a series of summer drops alongside Procell, while simultaneously reflecting on the history of American injustice. No Vacancy Inn enjoyed even more high-profile drops, including a partnership with Union for Nordstrom Men’s ongoing Concept series and a coveted New Balance 990 that launched by raffle only.
