Proving his diverse influence, this year Kanye West made monumental moves in fashion, music and even politics. Undeniably standing as a divisive figure, ‘Ye has remained in the headlines for his strong views and unique future-focused outlook on life. Social media platforms like Instagram and Twitter have served as the major grounds where Kanye has spread his ideas via strings of erratic posts. All throughout 2018 we saw numerous releases from Kanye’s continuing adidas partnership and despite the increasing number of drops, more YEEZY sneakers are definitely coming in 2019. This year we also saw ‘Ye step back into his producer minded side, putting together an array of highly anticipated albums with G.O.O.D. Music artists. Most notably he released his eighth-studio album, *Ye*, and a collaborative album with Kid Cudi dubbed *Kids See Ghosts*. As we move towards 2019, the world is looking for the release of Kanye’s promised ninth-studio album, *Yandhi*, which has remained in a state of production limbo for the last few months.
