Latest Collections
The latest online exclusive t-shirt from Japan’s Neighborhood has hit their online shop. The t-shirt’s theme keeps current with the present 2008 spring/summer Delta 1st Ex. collection with references to the Mississippi. Available within the Neighborhood online store however only shipping within Japan is offered.
Neighborhood and Visvim both represent a different segment in Japanese fashion. On one hand, Neighborhood is all about the rockabilly biker style while on the other hand, Visvim’s style is influenced by the natural surroundings around us. As two contradicting forces collide, we are left with this newly released Neighborhood x Visvim Mowat Moccasin. The black colorway of this Mowat Moccasin gives the shoe a heavy duty look which contradicts the natural mentality of Visvim. Available now at Cliffedge.
Here’s a look at this week’s releases from Neighborhood, set to release this Saturday at Hoods Hong Kong. The release includes the Stripe.Tie Two button-up, Plaids.PW button-up, Gresco. Swing jacket and Black Icon. Savage Narrow denim.

As Neighborhood’s children collection, Neighborhood Quarter has represented a slightly more youthful approach to the aesthetics and themes represented by its parent company. Here’s a new addition of apparel including button-up shirts, tees and a solitary hat. Available now at honeyee Store.
The Japanese label, Neighborhood, has had a strong collection so far this year. Other than the pieces from their regular collection, they have also released desirable collaboration items which were done with guitar makers C.F. Martin & Co., noted Japanese photographer Osamu Nagahama and Redwings. Just today, Neighborhood has updated their website with more interesting items from their 2008 1st Ex Series “Delta” collection. Items that caught our eye were the Neighborhood x Head Porter backpacks, the Neighborhood x Visvim Mowat Moc. as well as the glasses frames. These items will be dropping in the next several weeks at Neighborhood stores as well as Neighborhood’s new flagship store in Hong Kong, HOODS.
Here’s a look at the “Dirty Bunch” crew neck T. The result of a collaboration between heavy hitters Neighborhood and Stussy. We see a combination of their logos and the script “Dirty Bunch” written below. The theme as we’ve seen before is industrial Americana with bikers as a graphical focus. Release is scheduled for April it seems.

In the latest issue of the Neighborhood Magazine, Neighborhood MAG. 5, new products from the Stussy x Neighborhood “Boneyards” collaboration was revealed including sneakers done with the major footwear brand, Nike. Two “Boneyards” models will be released including a Nike Blazer and a Nike Terminator. The Nike Blazer will be released in three colorways including black/black, black/blue and black/white and will retail for 15,750 Yen. The Terminator on the other hand will cost 12,600 Yen and will come in the colors black/blue, black/white and black/red. No word on the released date but do stayed tuned for more info. Neighborhood is doing big things this year, and they don’t seem to be getting burned out. Here is a more in-depth look at a collabo they did with Japanese designers, 7Stars Design posted today on Wolfgang Hoenecker’s blog. It’s available online and it seems they ship abroad for once.
The Stussy x Neighborhood “Boneyards” Collection was first announced on the blog of Stussy’s creative director, Paul Mittleman. Then a preview of the project was featured in the latest Stussy Spring/Summer 2008 catalog. Just yesterday, Neighborhood MAG 5. was released and in it we get a first glimpse of the upcoming “Boneyards” collection. Unfortunately, other than the clothing pieces seen on these catalog scans, not much info was revealed. For now, check out the catalog scans after the jump.

Neighborhood and the members exclusive portion of Japanese retailer Zozo have collaborated together on a small collection of items. Still keeping in reference with the 2008 spring/summer Delta collection, this theme is seen across trucker caps, a t-shirt and coach jacket. Available now at Zozomesse.
Neighborhood will be releasing the Neighborhood MAG. 5 tomorrow on April 3rd. This 5th issue will include features such as the Stussy x Neighborhood “Bone Yards” Project as well as the 2008 S/S “Delta” Collection styled by Atsushi Okubo. The magazine will also come with a special Stussy x Neighborhood “Bone Yards” sticker set. Available at your local Japanese bookstores starting April 3rd.
Here’s another round of Neighborhood products as part of the blues music inspired 1st Ex Series Delta collection. The highlights include the Classic Range button-up and the two toned Fury Wheels sneaker in both Hi and Lo versions. These items will be among the upcoming items available at the grand opening of Hoods Hong Kong on April 1st.
