Description

Giorgio Armani had a humble start in the fashion world, launching his career as a window dresser in 1964. By 1975, Armani launched his eponymous label for men, and a year later, delved into the world of womenswear. The designer became renowned for reshaping women’s professional clothes, swapping drab floral patterns of the ‘70s and putting them in empowering, chic, deconstructed suits in the ‘80s. Today, the designer has various sub-brands including Emporio Armani, Armani Exchange, Armani Jeans, Armani Exchange A/X, and Armani Collezioni.
