Band of Outsiders is a Los Angeles-based clothing label founded by Scott Sternberg, in 2004. The brand’s seasonal campaigns are photographed on Polaroid instant film by Sternberg himself, who uses the medium for its flexibility, accessibility and ease. Drawing from a strong, personal sense of nostalgia, Band of Outsiders is known for its sophisticated, idiosyncratic take on American sportswear classics, and can boast collaborations with the likes of Sperry Top-sider, Manolo Blahnik, Barneys New York and Opening Ceremony.

Band of Outsiders has quickly become a reputable representative of the American fashion scene, with their Sperry collaboration falling neatly in place with this season’s inspirations.
