Japanese streetwear staple Human Made is partnering with Red Wing, the esteemed American footwear company celebrated for its 120-year history of crafting durable, high-quality heritage work boots.
The collaboration was first teased by Human Made founder NIGO on Instagram, offering a preview of the upcoming collection. According to the teased poster, this joint project will reimagine two of Red Wing’s classic silhouettes: the 8-Inch Moc and the Pecos. Both models have been updated for modern functionality; the 8-Inch Moc incorporates a side zipper, while the Pecos features a distinct back zipper, all designed for a more convenient wearing experience. Each boot is also adorned with exclusive Human Made branding, underscoring the limited nature of the release.
Beyond footwear, the collaboration extends to an apparel capsule based on Human Made’s popular silhouettes. The collection includes a graphic T-shirt, a raglan sweatshirt, and a varsity jacket, each featuring Red Wing’s iconic heritage logo.
