Final 'Game of Thrones' Teaser Shows Who's Left to Die

HBO has shared its final Game of Thrones trailer following Sunday’s episode.
If you haven’t watched tonight’s episode yet, it’s best to turn away now.

Tonight’s penultimate episode has led up to the final moments of Game of Thrones‘ spectacular eight season run, also teasing fans who will ultimately claim the Iron Throne. Although the 30-second trailer doesn’t reveal much, we can see a few key characters, including Tyrion, Arya and Daenerys, have survived the destruction of King’s Landing by Dany and her dragon.
Interwoven are shots of the Unsullied taking guard, the Dothraki cheering, and ash falling from the sky as the clip finally ends with Daenerys Targaryen overlooking the burning city. What’s is also noticeable in the sneak peak is Tyrion appears horrified at what has happened to his home while Arya looks like she’s ready to turn against the Mad Queen.
The clip also teases that the finale will focus on the divide created by Daenerys’s actions in the penultimate episode.
The final episode of Game of Thrones airs Sunday, May 19 at 9 P.M. on HBO and will have a runtime of an hour and 20 minutes. Get ready to say goodbye.
