Last month, the relentlessly experimental singer-songwriter BOOTS continued his aggressive streak of genre-bending with a glitchy new salvo entitled “AQUARIA.” ”AQUARIA” was debuted as the title track in support of BOOTS’ forthcoming album, which is set to serve as the follow-up to his Motorcycle Jesus EP. Today, he’s serving up another new single in anticipation of AQUARIA, the more mellow, less frantic “Bombs Away.” If “Bombs Away” and “AQUARIA” are any indication, we’re in for a whirlwind of sounds once BOOTS’ new LP drops.
