Desiigner‘s “Panda” not only became the No.1 song on Billboard Hot 100 this week, making the G.O.O.D. Music signee the first New York rapper to achieve this since JAY Z in 2009, there now is a mashup of President Barack Obama rapping to the hit single. Like all his previous mashups, it’s a collection of cuts from various speeches.
