Björk and Michel Gondry Working on "Scientific Musical"

Continuing their artistic kinship of remarkable music videos Björk and French director Michel Gondry are currently collaborating on a more complex project these days. At this year’s SXSW Film festival the acclaimed director, who also helmed the US version of Kanye West’s video to “Heard ‘Em Say”, revealed that him and the Icelandic artist rejoined forces for a project that could be categorized under Art rather than Music.

“We have a very ambitious project, a sort of scientific musical. … [It's a movie], but maybe more for museums. Like a 40 minute IMAX project in 3D,”

Apparently the project is still at its’ early stages since there is still no confirmation from Björk’s camp. Stay tuned.
