Public School designers Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne are no strangers to the runway game and this year’s New York Fashion Week is hardly the duo’s first rodeo. To showcase their upcoming 2018 spring/summer collection, the two creatives led the masses to the Canal Arcade, where those in attendance were greeted with loud synth-pop coming from the venue’s speakers. As models begun making their way down the runway, the crowd got a better look at Public School’s ever evolving take on modern streetwear.

The ready to wear collection featured pieces with different patterns stitched and sewn together to create a number of two toned sweaters and shirts. This technique is seen best used on some of the pieces made in collaboration with Jordan Brand, most notably on the green and white hoodie that divides its colors right down the middle. The collection also sees a handful of different accessories, such as the curved brim hats similar to the ones first seen in the latest collection between Public School and Jordan Brand.

It’s also worth noting that there were a few other common themes throughout the collection. Smiley face motifs appeared on a variety of pieces throughout the show, as well as a handful of different leather corsets. Other notable pieces include the neck warmers bearing the Jumpman logo, coming in both black and white.

Take a look at all of the pieces shown from the Public School 2018 spring/summer collection. Be sure to also keep it locked here for more New York Fashion Week 2018 coverage.
