Star Wars fans can all agree that one of the best moments from Gareth Edwards’s Rogue One: A Star Wars Story was when infamous villain Darth Vader takes out a ton of Rebel troopers as they try to escape on the Tantive IV with the Death Star’s blueprints. As one of the best endings of the franchise, Wired recently sat down with Edwards to discuss how he shot the epic final scene. Gareth also reveals the scene fans saw in theaters almost didn’t happen.
