Conor McGregor Says He Could Beat Floyd Mayweather in a Rematch
“It would be the easiest 12 round fight of my life.”
During an interview for his upcoming documentary, UFC fighter Conor McGregor insisted that he would beat Floyd Mayweather in a rematch. When asked about his super fight against Mayweather, the Irishman noted for the first three to four rounds of the fight he and his corner believed that they had the fight won. Citing it was the former multi-division champion’s ability to switch his game plan several times that earned him the victory. And although Mcgregor congratulated Mayweather on the win, he believes that if he trained — expecting the now retired boxer to push forward — he would win in a rematch. Watch a clip from the interview above and let us know what you think.
