James Blake Teams up With Vince Staples for "Timeless (Remix)"
Finally released on CDQ.
Back in early May, James Blake released his album The Colour in Anything which features the original version of “Timeless.” Now recruiting the magnificent Vince Staples, the two have unleashed a new remix of the track, in which Vince turns out a long, incredible verse about capturing fleeting moments with a lover. The track was first performed at Glastonbury Festival back in June, though this is the first time it’s available on CDQ. The partnership didn’t just start here as Blake has also appeared on Staple’s Prima Donna EP. Staples will also be joining Blake on tour along with troubadour Moses Sumney for his North American leg.
