This time around Eddie Huang takes his Huang’s World series to Mexico to get a firsthand experience of its own Chinatown. Following the tasting of tuna sperm, Huang moves on to another location where its food reminds him of ”hot trash.” After invading the kitchen to see what goes on behind the scenes, Huang and company journey to a secret tunnel connected to the restaurant they ate in.
