HYPEBEAST Spaces: blueprint Hong Kong
A fun space dedicated to building Hong Kong’s tech community.

Situated on the 16th and 17th floors of Cornwall House in Quarry Bay, we explored the inner works of blueprint. The two-floor, 10,000-square-foot space brings originality in concept and design dedicated to building a tech community like no other. With aims of providing a workspace that enables selected start-ups access to professional support and interaction with fellow entrepreneurs, it offers an open concept promoting creatively, thus pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. Defying the traditional matrix of beige cubicles, and defined by an innovative and fun environment, this atypical environment offers an in-house entertainment room, wall based LEGO board, foosball table in a Chinese fast food-themed cafeteria and even a speed bag for those that want to relieve a bit of stress. Following the direction of the big tech companies of Silicon Valley, such as Google, Facebook and Twitter, the revolutionary open concept has proven its success in garnering creativity and innovative ways, however, if you want to visit this space, you’ll have to be either selected as one of ten exceptional startups by blueprint or simply pay a monthly membership fee of $2,000 HKD (approximately $260 USD).
