PREMIERE: The Jack Moves - Season's Change

After releasing their debut single, “Doublin’ Down” in December via Wax Poetics Records, New York-based duo The Jack Moves are back with another slice of their uptempo, socially-conscious, hip-hop-infused soul. Singer Zee Desmondes describes the new track, “Season’s Change,” as “a prayer for the power to make a positive contribution to a world in disarray. It asks for strength for those to whom such power is bestowed—that they may make a difference without turning away in fear of the responsibility that comes with the ability to make profound change.” Set in Newark, New Jersey, where the duo currently has their studio, the “Season’s Change” video captures their surrounding environment during the brutal winter earlier this year, as well as the people and situations they see day-to-day.
