Maybe Curren$y missed the memo but April Fools’ Day was five days ago. The rapper is offering his upcoming new release, Pilot Talk III, for $100. That’s right — $100 for a record that comes pre-loaded onto a USB flash drive, and also includes a lookbook and some apparel. So instead of being able to buy some quality pot to go along with the listening experience, you’ll probably just be able to purchase the album and hope your dealer will take an I.O.U. But at least you get a lookbook.

And it doesn’t stop there. There’s also different options for those that consider themselves serious Jet Life devotees (and have the cash to blow). $150 will get you a limited print; $250 will get you a limited panoramic print, and $2,500 will get you a painting. For $2,500 the least Curren$y could do is have a Skype smoking session with you, but whatever. Let’s just hope Curren$y doesn’t get to Wu-Tang Clan levels of ridiculousness with future releases.
