The Recording Industry Association of America has just certified the Beastie Boys‘ debut album Licensed to Ill, Diamond. That’s 10 million copies sold, a huge feat for any recording artist these days. 1986 classic now becomes the seventh hip-hop album to ever reach this milestone and, the first hip-hop album one from the 80s to reach as well.
