Jackson and every single time he has said, uttered or shouted “motherfucker” in his movies. Using the term 171 times across 24 movies, there’s no doubt that the foul-mouthed expression is Samuel L. Jackson’s catchphrase. There’s more to it than just mindless cussing – last year Jackson admitted to the audience at the American Institute for Stuttering Gala saying that the swear term helped him overcome his own speech impediment as a child and still helps him today.
