It’s no small secret that Beats by Dre is one of the hottest companies on the market today, if not evidenced by myriads of wearers and World Cup spots then certainly by its recent purchase. This kind of popularity also made it one of the hottest places to work in its native Culver City, California, which was the chief problem in creating the brand’s workspace. A company that strives to embody its diverse brand image, co-founder Jimmy Lovine was hands-on in the development process with Bestor Architecture – who by the end of it had miraculously changed a plan for 75 people to accommodate 650 employees. The present three-part headquarters has luxury in spades, devoting an entire building to social interactions with a mixing studio, café, gym and swing space.
