Making its way to our viral pages for the first time is Paris-based fashion label ASSK and its 2014 fall/winter lookbook. As seen at VFILES’ Made Fashion Show during NYFW, the forthcoming cold-weather range draws its inspiration from survivalists – a subculture of “preppers” readying themselves for the end of life as we know it. The androgynous collection includes plenty of luxury streetwear apparel as well as a unique apocalyptic camouflage print designed in collaboration with artist Oliver Van Der Lugt. ASSK’s fall/winter grouping will begin retailing at select stockists around the globe very soon, so stay tuned.
