Accordingly, the AAPE by A Bathing Ape imprint takes cues from the beautiful game in its latest collection for Summer 2014. Within the collection, AAPE makes reference to World Cup-competing teams with clever individualized motifs: focusing on England’s heritage in punk rock with a collaged print, while American stars and stripes play center stage across other pieces. Alongside these options, AAPE also includes lightweight summer silhouettes like bold colored gingham button-ups and athletic basketball jerseys.
