There really ain’t no tellin’ when we’ll get to enjoy a new verse from hip-hop’s man of mystery, aka Jay Electronica, but in honor of The Notorious B.I.G., we get to enjoy an old verse appropriately re-imagined. DJ/producer J.Period has shared a new track titled “In The System,” where he brings together a combination of Biggie, Jay Electronica and Jay Z. Flipping the beat from “N****s Bleed,” adding vocal samples from Hov and finishing things off with a classic verse from Electronica, the new track is definitely one not to pass up. The song is featured on J.Period’s latest mixtape #March9Revisited, which you can download now by clicking here.
