The Atlanta Project series is one that explores the evolution of this city, first taking a look at its expanding art scene, tattoo culture and retail community. In our latest instalment, we focus on the fashionable nature of food and the fast-paced emergence of culinary trends. Steve Sharples is the general manager of Flip Burger Boutique and notes how the restaurant, pioneered by Top Chef competitor Richard Blais, was the first upscale burger establishment to appear in the city.
