In a fitting departure from his lauded work in sculpture, Daniel Arsham teams up with Los Angeles-based label Stampd for a new collection of T-shirts. The shirts, presently on sale at none other than French retail outpost colette, depict famous ancient busts reinterpreted with geometrical shapes protruding from their respective faces. This project falls nicely into the canon of Arsham’s work, which of late has been concerned with presenting contemporary household items as timeworn and archaic. Produced in long-sleeved black and white options, the shirts are available for pre-order now on colette’s web shop.
