Just a few days after being announced as an opener for both J. Cole and Disclosure’s upcoming tours, Vic Mensa delivers the previously-previewed track “Yung Net Save Peso.” Over the beat from Freddie Gibbs’s “Bout It, Bout It,” Vic’s flowing ferociously throughout the song and dedicates a good amount of bars to the topic of signing a record deal. The song title, which might throw off those not fully familiar with the young Chicago emcee, is a reference to both Vic’s nickname, the Innanet, and his crew, Savemoney. Expect the cut to be featured on Mensa’s upcoming project, INNANETAPE, releasing September 30.
