Joey Bada$$ has made it well-known that he is an MF DOOM fan. He’s mentioned it in his interview with Nardwuar and made the song “World Domination,” which uses DOOM’s production. Much like the aforementioned song, Bada$$ tackles another beat from the masked villain. This time around he recruits Pro Era emcee/producer Kirk Knight to bless the track with him. “Amethyst Rockstar” will be on Joey Bada$$’s upcoming mixtape, Summer Knights, due out July 1.
