There’s been a surge in Toronto’s hip-hop scene over the course of the past few years bringing rappers, singers and producers, some of which have become some of the game’s top key players. Today we’ve found this budding new act coming from the great north by the name of TONA who’s been working closely with his fellow T-dot compadre, Rich Kidd – a self-made producer who’s already created several gems for Drake. Featuring solid head-bopping production with catchy wordplay, we get a preview of what they’ve been able to create together thus far, for a track that will have you wanting to hear more. TONA’s debut project Silverspring Crescent, produced entirely by Rich Kidd, is slated to drop sometime this year, so in the meantime you can also peep the video for the single here as well.
