First announced back in June of 2012, Google has made its personal assistant-meets-updated search engine Google Now available for iOS users via the latest evolution of its Google Search app. Nearly identical to its Android counterpart, the app streamlines mobile versions of Google’s Search, Map and Cloud services with the likes of real-time weather, travel, news and sports updates in a single easy-to-use application. Google Now can be downloaded now, free of charge, via iTunes.
