Much in the way that award-winning media such as The Wire or Argo have portrayed both sides of the story behind civil unrest and rebellion, Leonard Menchiari looks to bring the idea to smartphones in a new video game: RIOT. The game, currently in production for iOS and Android users, brings protests, demonstrations and, of course, riots, to the necessarily pixilated realm of the small(er) screen. Menchiari seeks to crowdfund further development of the game through Indiegogo.
