Italian designer Lucio Vanotti displays his forward-thinking vision for Fall/Winter 2013 in a newly released lookbook. The minimalist style of photography gives full spotlight to a range of unique silhouettes, prints and shapes. There seems a focus on texture here, as evidenced by the choice of materials – soft leather, thick wool and cotton all find a balance across crisp layering pieces. Also notable is a concentration on tapered fits throughout the range of bottoms, which contributes to the streamlined effect this collection offers. The lookbook also marks the release of a sandal-inspired dress shoe, a collaboration with Italian shoe label Peter Non.
