Eddie Huang went down to explore Miami‘s multifaceted food and leisure cultures (though mostly food), documenting his experiences with Vice for his Fresh Off The Boat series. The latest episode finds Eddie in Miami’s Little Haiti neighborhood, hanging out with Chef Creole. While the episode features many mouth-watering moments, including watching Chef Creole carefully roast an entire pig, this installment of Fresh Off The Boat also does a great job of tying in the role of food in a given community.
