Following up to “Where Are We Now?,” the piece is called “The Stars (Are Out Tonight)” and was directed by Floria Sigismondi. The clip finds Bowie and Tilda Swinton as a married couple who are troubled by a celebrity couple. The song itself serves be the A-side of an exclusive Record Store Day single on April 20 but is available on iTunes.
