As the name implies, the scarf measures 4 feet by 4 feet of ribbed Merino that, while more than warm enough for the elements, is still thin enough at 18.9 microns to be managed comfortably. It also has the ability to wick moisture into the core of the fabric, keeping the surface dry so that sweat doesn’t build up while you’re wearing it.
