Jack White - We’re Going To Be Friends (Live)

To coincide with the new Coen rothers’ film, Inside Llewyn Davis, which details the 1960s folk scene in Greenwich Village, there will also be a concert special, dubbed Another Day, Another Time, that is to air on ShowTime. The footage was captured from performances that took place back in September at Town Hall in Manhattan, as today we have been provided with a look at Jack White throwing down on “We’re Going To Be Friends,” which he should be quite familiar with seeing as it is a White Stripes number. With guitar in-hand, White then lets loose of the folk-flavored number, providing with a taste of what to expect from Another Day, Another Time. The concert special, featuring a variety of artists, will be playing on ShowTime on December 13, and the Coen brothers’ Inside Llewyn Davis lands on December 20. Enjoy.
