Coming soon from Nikon – complete with glorious retro styling – is the oft-rumored Df: the lightest and thinnest FX-format DSLR to date. Designed exclusively for photos, the Df boasts a 16.2-MP FX sensor, the D4‘s EXPEED 3 processing engine, and a 39-point AF system alongside a high-definition LCD display and photo-sharing capabilities via Wi-Fi. In terms of a lens, the Df packs an AF-S NIKKOR 50mm f/1.8G Special Edition kit – a kit reminiscent of the classic manual lenses of old thanks to its precise manual adjustment ring. Set to drop on November 28 in both silver and black, the Nikon Df will retail for $2,746 USD for the body alone and $2,996 USD with the retro-inspired lens kit.
