Berlin-based contemporary outfit UCON gives us a look at its collection for Fall/Winter 2013 via a new lookbook. Not unlike the spare, natural beauty of a tree-lined forest or postmodern architecture, UCON’s newest line is almost fully concentrated on the simple beauty of a silhouette. Design here brings out new shapes via color-blocked vests, striped casual shirts and long parka-style jackets, not to mention perfectly slim trousers. Extra details such as extra pockets, drawstrings and embroidery on pants are only some of the bonuses that keep the UCON collection fresh. The collection uses darker fall shades throughout the sporty, utility-focused collection, applying burgundy, autumn leaf-hued beige and moody navy to its simple offerings.
