Premiering today, adidas Basketball kicks off its newest Derrick Rose-helmed campaign for his D Rose 4 sneaker – officially releasing on October 10 – with a commercial titled “Basketball is Everything.” Capturing the essence of his love and dedication to the game of basketball, Rose asks what would be left of him if the world was to strip away his fame and notoriety. The answer is simply everything; referencing basketball as the only thing he needs. With guest cameos from Common, 2 Chainz, Dom Kennedy, Big Sean and Ben “The Baller,” “Basketball is Everything” was created by 180LA and directed by Stacy Wall.
