Panerai have just announced a new model for the upcoming year, the PAM 389 Luminor Submersible Amagnetic 3-day automatic watch. Featuring the classic Panerai Submersible design, the watch is encased in titanium and features the brand’s in-house P.9000 calibre. Only the second watch from the Italian brand to feature an anti-magnetic design, the new model also features a titanium bezel with ceramic insert – a first for the company. Measuring 47mm across, the watch comes fitted on a rubber strap and includes a second interchangeable strap. Set for an official debut in 2013 at the SIHH show in Geneva, expect this watch to retail for €8,900 EUR (approximately 11,570 USD) when it’s finally released.
