Dockers Alpha Khaki Skate Test
With regards to skateboarding, Dockers might not be the first apparel label that comes to mind.
With regards to skateboarding, Dockers might not be the first apparel label that comes to mind. However, the menswear label is expanding its range from business-casual to battle-hardened streetwear with the new Alpha Khaki. And to prove it, Dockers enlisted the help of skaters Jesse Vieira and Nate Heselton to put the pant through session after session on the streets of San Francisco to see how they held up. Designed as the antithesis to “dad’s Dockers,” the Alpha Khaki is constructed from a heavier gauge of cotton which helps the slim-fitting pant better retain its shape and to enhance durability. All of the stitching is also reinforced — not unlike a pair of jeans, but significantly more breathable overall. You can shop the Alpha Khaki line here, at the Dockers web store.
